Refunds & Returns

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. If the issue is not caused by us, refunds are not available. However, you may still request an exchange if eligible.

To qualify for a refund (for faulty/wrong items), the returned products must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed
    • In original condition
    • With all tags still attached
Items that show signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, scent, or damage will not be eligible.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

    • Items without any manufacturing fault
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Change of mind
    • Discounted or final sale items
    • Items returned in used or damaged condition
Refund Method

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for processing after we receive and inspect your return. We’ll process your refund within 5 working days and send you a quick confirmation email. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
